There’s no one like you and that’s why there’s nowhere like RSM.\nThe NetSuite Consulting Supervisor will lead SuiteBilling and/or Zone Billing-focused projects and provide guidance to team members throughout the implementation lifecycle. This role requires strong project leadership, technical expertise in Zone Billing and/or SuiteBilling, and the ability to manage client expectations while ensuring timely, high-quality delivery. The ideal candidate will also contribute to team development through training, documentation, and best practices.\nKey Responsibilities:\nSuiteBilling and/or Zone Billing Implementations & Assessments: Manage end-to-end implementations, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and post-go-live support.\nProject Leadership: Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes.\nRequirements Gathering: Collaborate with business stakeholders to capture, analyze, and document billing and revenue management requirements.\nConfiguration & Quality Assurance: Configure SuiteBilling/Zone Billing modules to meet complex business needs and compliance standards; develop and execute test cases and manage UAT.\nUse Case Development: Translate business requirements into functional use cases and scenarios to guide design and testing efforts.\nTeam Guidance & Training: Mentor and train junior consultants, ensuring adherence to best practices and quality standards.\nDocumentation: Create and maintain project documentation, including process flows, configuration guides, and training materials.\nVendor Coordination: Work with third-party vendors as needed to support integrations and resolve issues.\nRequired Skills & Qualifications:\nExcellent project management skills with the ability to deliver on time and within budget.\nProficiency in requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and UAT.\nAbility to develop functional use cases and translate business needs into technical solutions.\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills.\nExperience mentoring and training team members.\nPreferred Certifications:\nNetSuite SuiteBilling Enablement Certification.\nSeveral years of experience in the Technology, Media, and/or Telecommunications vertical implementing NetSuite\nProven experience leading Zone Billing/ and or SuiteBilling implementations and assessments.\nStrong understanding of NetSuite ERP and SuiteBilling functionality.\nAt RSM, we offer a competitive benefits and compensation package for all our people.
