There’s no one like you and that’s why there’s nowhere like RSM.\nResponsibilities:\nLead ERP implementations and changes to existing systems \nHave experience in financial systems preferable with an accounting background \nProvide software selection services in the determination of business and technical requirements and facilitate the ‘best fit’ recommendation \nThe ability and desire to work with a number of accounting systems including but not limited to NetSuite \nEstablish, coordinate and maintain data integrity procedures, processes and policies \nStudy manual accounting processes and procedures and make recommendations to our clients as to how to automate \nCoordinate with client lead users and client engineering teams to test and implement new or modified programs as needed \nImplement process improvements with systematic solutions and train end users on how to effectively use financial systems features and applications \nTake a hands-on approach to troubleshooting and data cleanup as necessary \nRequired Qualifications:\n5+ years of experience in the following financial applications/services: Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, NetSuite, or other accounting/ERP application \nStrong conceptual, analytic and problem solving skills \nStrong project and time management skills \nAbility to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and work on multiple projects simultaneously \nMust be a team player and be able to effectively interact with staff at all levels of the firm \nProficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, Visio \nPreferred Qualifications:\nBS/BA in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, MIS or Information Systems\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills \nStrong computer skills, including MS Office \nWillingness to travel \nPrior work experience in the accounting field and knowledge of GAAP is preferred \nAt RSM, we offer a competitive benefits and compensation package for all our people.
