There’s no one like you and that’s why there’s nowhere like RSM.\nAs a Manager within our Program and Project Management (PPM) practice, you will serve as a delivery leader responsible for leading complex Microsoft programs and major workstreams. This role owns execution across multi-workstream initiatives and operates as a trusted advisor to VP- and Director-level client stakeholders, in close partnership with Directors and Principals. \nYou will lead delivery across the Microsoft ecosystem including Dynamics 365 ERP and CE, Power Platform, Microsoft Fabric, Azure integration services, and AI-enabled solutions such as Microsoft 365 Copilot. This role provides a clear path to Director based on performance, scope leadership, and client impact.\nResponsibilities:\nLead delivery of Microsoft programs and major workstreams with budgets ranging from $3M-$8M and teams of 10-20 resources, accountable for schedule, quality, financial performance, and client satisfaction. \nManage multi-workstream initiatives across Dynamics 365 ERP, Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform, Microsoft Fabric, and Azure integration services. \nLead components of AI-enabled transformation programs leveraging Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Azure OpenAI Service. \nEstablish and operate project governance including integrated plans, RAID management, financial tracking, and executive-ready status reporting.\nApply hybrid delivery methodologies (SAFe, Scrum, waterfall) tailored to client maturity and program complexity. \nLead Organizational Change Management (OCM) activities for Microsoft implementations impacting 100-500+ users, ensuring adoption and readiness. \nSupport data and analytics delivery using Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and Purview. \nServe as primary escalation point for project-level risks; partner with Directors on program-level escalations. \nMaintain working knowledge of Microsoft commercial licensing (EA, MCA, CSP) and implications for scope and delivery planning. \nClient Relationships & Business Development:\nBuild trusted working relationships with VP- and Director-level client stakeholders across technology and business functions. \nActively support Microsoft co-sell motions by coordinating with Microsoft CSAMs, sellers, and partner teams under Director guidance. \nSupport proposal development, SOW creation, estimating, and pursuit activities for Microsoft programs. \nIdentify and communicate opportunities for account expansion and follow-on work. \nParticipate in steering committees and executive governance forums. \nContribute to firm thought leadership content, client case studies, and Microsoft partner community activities. \nPractice Leadership & Talent Development:\nLead, coach, and mentor consultants and senior consultants across Microsoft delivery engagements. \nContribute to recruiting, onboarding, and skills development for Microsoft PPM roles. \nSupport the development and adoption of delivery standards, templates, and governance assets. \nCollaborate across technology, finance, operations, and industry teams. \nFoster a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and client-first delivery. \nBASIC QUALIFICATIONS\n8+ years of progressive experience delivering enterprise programs and projects in a management consulting environment. \nProven delivery of Microsoft-based programs or workstreams with budgets of $3M+ and teams of 8+ resources. \nSolid experience with Dynamics 365 ERP, Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform, Azure integration services, and Microsoft-aligned ISV solutions. \nStrong understanding of project and program governance, financial tracking, risk management, issue resolution, and stakeholder communication. \nExperience supporting Organizational Change Management (OCM) activities on enterprise Microsoft implementations. \nClient-facing experience engaging VP- and Director-level stakeholders. \nExperience engaging with Microsoft field teams and co-sell programs. \nExperience delivering Microsoft solutions in one or more industries such as Manufacturing, Financial Services, Professional Services, Healthcare, or Public Sector. \nThorough understanding of the Microsoft FastTrack organization and Success by Design framework, including solution envisioning, implementation planning, deployment readiness, and adoption governance. \nAbility to travel up to 50%. \nPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS\nBachelor’s degree \nExperience leading Microsoft ERP or CRM modernization workstreams on Dynamics 365 or related platforms. \nFamiliarity with hybrid delivery methodologies including SAFe, Scrum, and traditional waterfall. \nExposure to Microsoft Fabric, Microsoft Purview, and Power BI in a delivery or advisory context. \nFamiliarity with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, or Azure OpenAI Service in client engagements. \nExperience supporting business development activities including proposal writing and SOW development. \nWorking knowledge of Microsoft commercial licensing models (EA, MCA, MPSA, CSP). \nStrong analytical and critical-thinking skills. \nPassion for developing junior team members and building high-performing teams. \nAbility to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams. \nDemonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced client environments. \nCollaborative delivery experience using structured partner methodologies from tier-1 software providers such as Microsoft Success by Design, SAP Activate, Oracle Unified Method (OUM), or Salesforce Implementation Frameworks. \nPreferred Certifications\nPMP - Project Management Professional (PMI) \nPMI-ACP - PMI Agile Certified Practitioner \nCertified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) \nSAFe Agilist (SA) \nProsci Change Management Certification (ADKAR) \nBeneficial - Microsoft Certifications\nMB-300: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Core \nPL-200: Microsoft Power Platform Functional Consultant \nAZ-900: Microsoft Azure Fundamentals \nAI-900: Microsoft Azure AI Fundamentals \nPL-900: Microsoft Power Platform Fundamentals \nAt RSM, we offer a competitive benefits and compensation package for all our people.
