There’s no one like you and that’s why there’s nowhere like RSM.\nRSM US LLP, the First Choice Advisor to the middle market, has been experiencing rapid growth and is now seeking an entrepreneurial Consulting Partner to join our Process Risk & Controls Consulting Services practice to utilize their technical expertise in risk advisory, leadership skills, and service mindset to focus on our middle market clients.\nAs a Partner for Risk Consulting Services, you will need to:\nDraw upon your demonstrated technical, industry and risk advisory knowledge to become a trusted advisor to our clients \nEffectively manage, motivate and mentor multidisciplinary teams to work as a cohesive, client-centric unit in delivering high-quality solutions to sophisticated clients \nLeverage your existing network and personal brand in the marketplace to drive growth for the risk advisory practice; including: identifying and securing new opportunities \nOversee a diverse book of business, maintaining overall responsibility for the profitability, effective delivery and engagement risk of all client related work within the portfolio \nManage multiple client projects simultaneously, while providing leadership on proposal opportunities and ongoing internal initiatives \nRecruit and retain future leaders of the firm. Leverage your experience and expertise to advance the professional aspirations and skills of your colleagues \nModel the core RSM values of respect, integrity, teamwork, excellence and stewardship in all interactions with clients and team members.\nProfessional Qualifications:\nBachelor’s or master’s degree in business, accounting or related discipline \nA minimum of 12 years of relevant professional experience - working as an internal auditor or controls specialist, with a minimum of 9 years at a public accounting or professional services firm \nStrong business acumen - including significant experience with internal audit/SOX risk and control assessments in Energy Industry Sector\nApplicable certification (e.g., CPA, CIA, CMA) \nRecent successful experience in cultivating new business and related market-facing activities. \nExceptional interpersonal skills \nAdvanced written, verbal and presentation skills, including interaction with members of senior management \nAbility to travel to meet client needs \nAt RSM, we offer a competitive benefits and compensation package for all our people.
