This individual will collaborate closely with our Data Analytics team to:\nCreate and maintain data models (dimensional and 3NF) aligned with business requirements. \nDesign and develop ETL pipelines that consolidate data from various source systems into a unified data platform, including defining source-to-target mappings, business rules, and any necessary data transformations. \nDevelop Semantic Models and Reports / Dashboards based on business requirements. \nFacilitate business requirements sessions and conduct data analysis to accurately identify and specify the data needed to support impactful business objectives. \nCollaborate effectively with clients and team members across regions. \nBasic Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Math, Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Analytics. \n3+ years of experience designing data models across multiple subject areas and business domains. \n3+ years of experience in designing and developing business intelligence solutions. \n3+ years of designing and developing scalable, efficient data pipelines to ingest, transform, and load data from multiple sources into data lakes and data warehouses \nProficient in SQL \nExperience with Python/Scala \nProven experience with major cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS or GCP \nExperience with data platforms like Fabric, Databricks or Snowflake \nExperience with GIT, DevOps, CI/CD and Version Control \nExperience with BI visualization tools such as Power BI, Quick Sight or Tableau. \nStrong communication skills, both written and verbal. \nExcellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. \nTeam-oriented with the ability to work independently and in virtual teams. \nPassion for solving complex business problems through data-driven solutions. \nWilling and able to travel up to 20%\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience conducting solution / technical assessments. \nExperience with DBT, Spark and BigData technologies \nKnowledge of Databricks. \nWorking knowledge of the modernized information management tool (e.g., Collibra, Informatica, Talend, Alation, Purview) \nAt RSM, we offer a competitive benefits and compensation package for all our people.
