This role is responsible for delivering client-facing consulting services focused on Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Power Platform, Entra ID, Exchange Online, and related cloud technologies. The successful candidate will work directly with clients to assess current environments, develop solution strategies, lead implementation activities, and support adoption and governance initiatives.\nThe Senior Associate will collaborate with project managers, solution architects, and client stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes while contributing to business development efforts and internal practice growth.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead and support Microsoft 365 migration and transformation projects.\nDesign and implement SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and Power Platform solutions.\nConduct tenant assessments, discovery workshops, and requirements-gathering sessions.\nConfigure and support Microsoft 365 governance, security, and compliance capabilities.\nDevelop automation solutions using Power Automate and Power Apps.\nCreate technical documentation, migration plans, and client deliverables.\nTroubleshoot complex Microsoft 365 issues and provide remediation recommendations.\nWork directly with client stakeholders to communicate project status, risks, and recommendations.\nMentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives.\nParticipate in proposal development, solution design, and pre-sales activities as needed.\nQualifications\nRequired\nBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.\n3+ years of experience administering or consulting on Microsoft 365 technologies.\nExperience with:SharePoint Online\nMicrosoft Teams\nOneDrive for Business\nExchange Online\nMicrosoft Entra ID (Azure AD)\nPower Platform (Power Apps and Power Automate)\n\nExperience with PowerShell automation and scripting.\nStrong client-facing communication and presentation skills.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and work in a consulting environment.\nPreferred\nExperience with Microsoft 365 tenant-to-tenant migration projects.\nExperience with SharePoint migration tools and methodologies.\nExperience developing and deploying complex Power Platform solutions.\nFamiliarity with Microsoft Purview, security, and compliance solutions.\nRelevant Microsoft certifications.\nExperience leading client workshops and solution design sessions.\nAt RSM, we offer a competitive benefits and compensation package for all our people.
