This role is ideal for professionals with hands-on experience in corporate treasury, treasury consulting, financial services treasury, cash management, liquidity management, treasury operations, or finance transformation.\nOur Treasury Practice is part of a broader Finance Transformation solution focused on helping organizations modernize the Office of the CFO. You will serve as a key contributor on project teams, helping clients improve efficiency, strengthen controls, optimize liquidity, and align treasury operations with strategic business objectives.\nThis role provides substantial exposure to senior treasury leaders and offers significant opportunities for professional growth and development.\nKey Responsibilities\nClient Service & Treasury Advisory\nSupport treasury transformation and operational improvement engagements across a variety of industries.\nAnalyze current-state treasury processes, organizational structures, policies, and governance frameworks.\nAssist in the development of future-state treasury operating models and process improvements.\nEvaluate treasury performance and identify opportunities to enhance efficiency, visibility, control, and scalability.\nSupport treasury assessments, benchmarking studies, and maturity evaluations.\nDevelop recommendations related to cash management, liquidity management, forecasting, payments, bank account administration, debt, investments, and risk management activities.\nAssist clients in establishing or enhancing treasury policies, procedures, controls, and governance structures.\nFacilitate client interviews, workshops, and requirement-gathering sessions.\nProject Delivery\nPrepare analyses, presentations, process maps, and client deliverables.\nConduct data analysis to support treasury transformation initiatives and business case development.\nOrganize project workstreams and assist with project planning and execution activities.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, accounting, tax, FP&A, risk management, and technology stakeholders.\nSupport implementation of recommended treasury process improvements and operating model changes.\nMonitor project progress and proactively identify risks, issues, and opportunities.\nPractice Development\nContribute to thought leadership, practice development initiatives, and knowledge-sharing activities.\nSupport proposal development, business development activities, and client pursuits.\nAssist in developing methodologies, templates, and treasury advisory assets.\nMentor analysts and junior team members as appropriate.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.\nMinimum 4 years of relevant experience in treasury, treasury consulting, corporate finance, banking, financial services treasury, or finance transformation.\nExperience in one or more treasury disciplines including:Cash management\nLiquidity management\nCash forecasting\nTreasury operations\nPayments\nBank relationship management\nDebt and investment management\nTreasury risk management\nTreasury governance and controls\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.\nExperience evaluating business processes and developing operational improvement recommendations.\nAbility to communicate effectively with treasury teams, finance organizations, and executive stakeholders.\nStrong presentation, documentation, and workshop facilitation skills.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and client deliverables in a fast-paced consulting environment.\nPreferred Qualifications\nCorporate treasury experience within a large multinational organization.\nTreasury consulting or professional services experience.\nTreasury experience within banking, financial institutions, asset management, insurance, fintech, or other financial services organizations.\nExperience supporting treasury assessments, operating model redesign, treasury transformation, or finance transformation initiatives.\nKnowledge of treasury organizational structures, governance models, and leading practices.\nUnderstanding of liquidity management, cash forecasting, payments, treasury accounting, investments, funding, and treasury risk management.\nFamiliarity with treasury technology capabilities and market solutions, although hands-on system implementation experience is not required.\nCertified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation or progress toward certification preferred.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills, including executive presentations.\nDemonstrated ability to build trusted advisor relationships with clients and project stakeholders.\nWhy Join Our Treasury Practice\nOur Treasury Practice helps organizations improve treasury performance through strategic advisory services, operational transformation, organizational design, governance enhancement, and treasury leading practices.
