The role combines solution architecture, agent development, automation, stakeholder management, governance, and AI adoption to help organizations transform business processes through Generative AI.\n\nExperience :\n\n- 6 - 10 years of IT consulting, solution delivery, or digital transformation experience\n\n- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot and/or Copilot Studio solutions\n\n- Experience leading client workshops and business process automation initiatives\n\nKey Responsibilities :\n\nAI Solution Architecture & Delivery :\n\n- Lead AI discovery workshops and identify automation opportunities.\n\n- Design and implement Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio solutions.\n\n- Define agent architecture, knowledge sources, workflows, and guardrails.\n\n- Create solution designs, implementation plans, and deployment strategies.\n\n- Drive AI adoption and business value realization.\n\nCopilot Studio Development :\n\n- Build and configure custom Copilot Studio agents.\n\n- Develop topics, prompts, instructions, and orchestration logic.\n\n- Configure SharePoint, Dataverse, Teams, and enterprise knowledge sources.\n\n- Implement agent actions, integrations, and approval workflows.\n\n- Establish AI guardrails, security controls, and governance standards.\n\nPower Platform & Automation :\n\n- Design and develop Power Automate workflows.\n\n- Integrate agents with business applications and data sources.\n\n- Automate document processing, approvals, notifications, and operational workflows.\n\n- Support Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), Solutions, and deployment pipelines.\n\nStakeholder Management :\n\n- Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to define AI roadmaps.\n\n- Conduct demos, training sessions, office hours, and enablement workshops.\n\n- Mentor junior consultants and support proposal/pre-sales activities.\n\n- Manage project deliverables, risks, and client communications.\n\nGovernance & Responsible AI :\n\n- Define AI governance, compliance, and security standards.\n\n- Establish knowledge boundaries, data access controls, and responsible AI practices.\n\n- Monitor agent performance, adoption metrics, and optimization opportunities.\n\n- Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture and security policies.\n\nPreferred Certifications :\n\n- Microsoft Certified : Power Platform Solution Architect Expert (PL-600)\n\n- Microsoft Certified : Azure AI Engineer Associate (AI-102)\n\n- Microsoft Applied Skills : Build Agents with Microsoft Copilot Studio\n\n- Education : Bachelor's Degree
