The ideal candidate should have experience building data platforms from scratch, developing reliable data pipelines, and leading technical delivery.\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n\n- Design and build scalable data platforms using Snowflake.\n\n- Develop, maintain, and optimize dbt models, tests, and data transformations.\n\n- Build and manage data ingestion pipelines using Fivetran and approved file/API integrations.\n\n- Develop complex SQL queries and implement efficient ETL/ELT processes.\n\n- Implement incremental data loading, data validation, reconciliation, and data quality checks.\n\n- Troubleshoot pipeline failures, schema changes, and production data issues.\n\n- Work with Bronze, Silver, and Gold data layers and dimensional data models.\n\n- Manage Git workflows, CI/CD, code reviews, and production deployments.\n\n- Coordinate with architects, project managers, and cross-functional teams.\n\n- Handle task allocation, delivery tracking, dependencies, and technical team coordination.\n\nMandatory Skills : \n\n- 8+ years of experience in Data Engineering.\n\n- Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake, dbt, Fivetran, and SQL.\n\n- Experience building and implementing Snowflake data platforms from scratch.\n\n- Minimum 2 years of technical team handling or delivery leadership experience.\n\n- Strong knowledge of ETL/ELT pipelines, incremental loading, data modeling, and data quality.\n\n- Experience delivering at least two production data platform implementations.\n\n- Working knowledge of Git, CI/CD, and production troubleshooting.\n\nGood to Have : \n\n- Experience with MDM, Profisee, data governance, and metadata management.\n\n- Exposure to Power BI trusted datasets and financial/investment data.\n\n-
