Assure.\n\nThe role\nYou'll be our business development lead in Malaysia, based in Kelana Jaya. You'll open new enterprise accounts, build the pipeline and close deals, reporting to the APAC Sales & Operations Director.\n\nWhat you'll do\n- Find and win new customers: enterprises, data centres, telcos/ISPs, cloud providers and system integrators\n- Own the full sales cycle, from first meeting to proposal, negotiation and signed contract\n- Show customers how TPM cuts cost against OEM renewals and keeps end-of-life hardware supported\n- Build partnerships with system integrators, resellers and ACA Pacific's channel\n- Work with our engineering and operations teams on scoping, pricing and smooth hand-over\n- Keep pipeline and forecasts up to date in CRM and deliver against your targets\n\nWhat we're looking for\n- 3+ years of B2B IT sales in Malaysia (enterprise hardware, IT services or similar). A proven record of opening new accounts matters more to us than years of experience.\n- A hunter mindset and a record of beating sales targets\n- Knowledge of data centres, servers, storage or networking; TPM or support-contract sales is a strong plus\n- An existing network among IT decision-makers in Malaysia\n- Fluent English and Bahasa Malaysia\n- Self-driven and organised, comfortable in a small, fast-growing team\n\nWhat we offer\n- Basic salary plus commission and an annual bonus\n- Allowances and statutory benefits (EPF, SOCSO, EIS)\n- A strong value proposition (40–60% savings vs OEM renewals) and engineers behind every deal\n- Room to grow with us across Southeast Asia\n\nHow to apply\nApply via LinkedIn.
