You Will:

• Strategically manage and scale a portfolio of 200-300+ clients through data-driven segmentation, prioritization, and proactive engagement.

• Own the health of your client portfolio, acting on early churn-risk signals (e.g., declining spend, disengagement) to ensure high retention and reactivate paused accounts.

• Drive commercial growth by proactively proposing budget and optimization strategy changes based on campaign performance

• Deliver high-touch support for top-tier clients, including regular strategic meetings, while developing scaled, automated communication for the broader customer base.

• Act as the voice of the customer by gathering product feedback and identifying opportunities for case studies to share with marketing and product teams.

• Provide essential day-to-day client support, resolving inquiries directly and escalating complex technical or integration issues to the appropriate internal teams.

Desired Experience: 

• 3+  years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Portfolio Management within a SaaS, tech company, or fast-growing startup environment.

• Proven experience in managing a large portfolio of clients (ideally 100+ accounts) and handling onboarding, retention, and expansion.

• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with a focus on metrics like churn, retention, and upsell.

• Practical knowledge of CRM tools, automation workflows, and a proactive approach to using AI tools to optimize daily work.

• Fluency in English & Polish  (minimum B2/C1) is required for daily collaboration with international clients.
