This role combines front-end development with animation and visual craftsmanship, bringing designs to life through interactive HTML5 banners.\nYou Will:\nDevelop and maintain HTML5 advertising banners using HTML, CSS and JavaScript.\nTurn design mockups into polished, interactive creatives across multiple formats and sizes.\nCreate smooth animations and engaging visual effects using libraries such as GSAP.\nWork with template engines such as EJS to build reusable templates and dynamic, data-driven creatives.\nUse Adobe Photoshop to extract, adjust and optimise graphic assets for development.\nTest and debug creatives to ensure visual quality, reliable functionality and compatibility across browsers and devices.\nCollaborate with designers and an international team, contributing ideas and delivering projects on time.\nDesired Experience:\nPractical experience with HTML, CSS and JavaScript, supported by examples of your work.\nWorking knowledge of Adobe Photoshop.\nExperience creating web animations using GSAP or similar JavaScript libraries.\nFamiliarity with template engines, such as EJS, and an understanding of how to build reusable, dynamic templates.\nAttention to detail and the ability to accurately translate designs into working creatives.\nGood English communication skills and the ability to collaborate in an international environment.\nA proactive approach to problem-solving, ownership of your work and a willingness to learn.\nWe Offer:\nPrevious experience developing HTML5 banners or other digital advertising creatives.\nExperience in graphic, web or motion design, with a good eye for composition, typography and animation.\nFamiliarity with Adobe Illustrator.\nExperience using AI coding agents to support development, with the ability to review, understand and validate the generated code.\nApply now!\nYou don't need to tick every box to apply.
