In this role, you will play a key part in supporting financial operations for the US and LATAM, driving initiatives that enhance processes and systems. You will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams. In this role you report directly to Finance Director Americas\nYou Will:\nBe responsible for client payment clearing, accounts receivable, reimbursements, and bank reconciliations.\nSupport Account Payable process, including execution of payments on time and escalation and resolution of issues.\nDirectly communicate with cross-functional teams in US and LATAM (e.g., Profit Center Leads, Salespersons, Account Managers, Marketing) in terms of processes mentioned above.\nPrepare ad-hoc analysis, business performance reviews, and translate raw data into concrete finance recommendations.\nSuggest and support process optimization and financial control implementation, from concept to final rollout. Actively support continuous financial system integrations.\nOversee data accuracy, governance, and control frameworks for client master data.\nResolve complex, non-standard issues.\nSupport audit processes.\nDesired Experience:\n Advanced English (C1/C2) - a must have.\n2+ years of experience in finance or accounting roles, ideally supporting financial operations, reporting, and analysis.\nBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related quantitative field.\nMastery of Excel/Google Sheets (complex formulas, logic functions, pivot tables, data structuring).\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate. discrepancies and provide actionable insights.\nProven proactive ownership: ability to take full responsibility for financial processes, reporting, and system improvements, applying strong business acumen to drive operational efficiency.\nStrong interpersonal skills: proven track record of leveraging strong business acumen to build cross-functional relationships.\nHighly organized, with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.\nBe available on America's timeline.\nNice to have:\nFamiliarity with banking portals and financial transactions.\nExperience preferably with QuickBooks.\nExperience working with higher management and cross-functional teams.\nUnderstanding of accounting principles and IFRS standards.\nExposure to audits or compliance processes.\nProcess improvement or systems implementation experience.\nKnowledge of SQL and AI models in practice.\nWe Offer:\nA flexible cooperation model - remote or hybrid - tailored to your preferences.\nForms of cooperation: contract of mandate or B2B contract.\nDirect impact on the US market with broad visibility among C-suite executives and international business leaders.
