In addition, you can always count on the help of your Team Leader, as well as regular training (conducted by our subject-matter experts), access to an e-learning platform, and support with funding for external courses you might be interested in.\nYou Will:\nLead the daily operations of the Japan TAM team, allocating accounts and technical tasks, managing priorities and coverage, and ensuring timely delivery and consistent quality.\nCoach and develop TAMs through regular one-on-one meetings, actionable feedback, technical guidance, knowledge sharing, and individual development discussions.\nMonitor the quality and results of team members’ work, identify performance or capability gaps, and report progress, risks, and recommendations to the responsible managers.\nProvide technical advice and escalation support for complex campaign integrations, tracking and attribution discrepancies, campaign settings, and optimization issues, coordinating with other teams as needed.\nEnsure adherence to TAM operational best practices through regular reviews of the Monitoring and Integration panels, documentation quality, campaign setup, and timely issue follow-up.\nOversee alignment between campaign optimization and agreed client goals.\nPartner with Sales and Account Management to clarify technical requirements, align expectations and priorities, resolve cross-functional issues constructively, and support important client discussions.\nCoordinate with HQ technical, product, and management teams on technical changes, training, escalation, and the implementation of company-wide standards.\nImprove team processes, documentation, tools, and ways of working to strengthen operational efficiency, technical quality, and knowledge transfer.\nSupport recruitment interviews, onboarding, training plans, and career development; make staffing and personnel recommendations in collaboration with the responsible managers.\nDesired Experience:\nExperience in technical account management, solutions engineering, or a comparable technical role in programmatic advertising, AdTech, or performance marketing.\nDemonstrated motivation and ability to lead, coach, and develop people; prior formal people-management experience is an advantage, not an absolute requirement.\nStrong analytical and troubleshooting skills, including experience with complex integrations, attribution discrepancies, and campaign optimization.\nSolid knowledge of tracking and web technologies, including URLs and parameters, HTML, JavaScript, browser developer tools, Google Tag Manager, and web analytics.\nFamiliarity with product feeds (e.g., XML/CSV), APIs, and regular expressions, and an ability to guide technical investigations.\nExcellent prioritization, organization, communication, and conflict-resolution skills, including collaboration with non-technical stakeholders.\nAbility to understand business objectives, anticipate risks, and translate technical findings into practical recommendations.\nProfessional proficiency in Japanese and English to collaborate with Japan-based stakeholders and global teams.\nWe Offer:\nBeing part of an award-winning organization, with outstanding growth numbers;\nWork on a great product based on the newest AI Technology (Deep Learning);\nThe joy of working and learning in one of the fastest growing tech companies in\nEurope (FT - 1000 Europe's fastest-growing company 2022);\nBeing part of ambitious projects and working with teams of talented and collaborative people;\nApply now!\nYou don't need to tick every box to apply.
