Check this blog out that details what an FAE does at RTI!\nWhat You’ll Do \nAchieving Annual Sales Quota:\nCreate compelling presentations that convey RTI technology value & benefits to prospects.\nOrganize and execute detailed Proof-of-Concept engagements and build compelling software demos using RTI products.\nSupport product proposals to align with customer requirements including RFP/RFQ responses.\nAchieving customer satisfaction:\nWork closely with internal teams to coordinate resources to resolve customer's pre-sales technical blockers and to respond to RFPs. \nCoordinate and document customer technical requirements with Product Management for continuing product evolution for EMEA market requirements.\nIncreasing the sales pipeline:\nWork closely with Account management to develop sales strategies.\nPeriodically create technical articles for publication showing RTI Technology and Business value.\nAttend tradeshows and events to give presentations and man booths to raise awareness about our product.\nWhat We’re Looking For \nBS or higher in technical field, MS preferred.\nAbility to Travel (~20-40%) and on-site work is required to achieve job objectives.\n5+ years in A&D Industry in a technical role (including, for example, experience with N-GVA/GVA, Avionics systems, Naval systems or similar A&D related networking technology).\nStrong understanding of OS (e.g. Threading, etc) and networking concepts (E.g. UDP, Multicast, OSI Layer switching, routing, VLANs).\nC/C++ development expertise and understanding of SDLC processes.\nExcellent presentation skills, coupled with excellent oral and written communication skills.\nAbility to communicate with customers and internal stakeholders in English.\nExperience designing a high-level technical solution/architecture based on customer requirements.\nExperience working in a customer facing role.\nEU Citizenship required*Due to the sensitive nature of our Aerospace & Defense projects and specific client contractual obligations, this role requires the successful candidate to hold EU Citizenship to meet security clearance and data access protocols.\n\nNice To Have\nExperience in communication middleware or protocols, e.g., DDS, MQTT, etc.\nStrong understanding of messaging and communication patterns.\nExpertise in a specific A&D Domain (E.g.
