This role, reporting to Collins Aerospace, offers the unique opportunity to collaborate not only within Collins but also across RTX Corporate, Raytheon, and Pratt & Whitney.\nAs a Learning and Development (L&D) Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in managing and creating course offerings, supporting customers, and contributing to various aspects of our learning operations. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, detail-oriented, organized, adept at managing multiple priorities, and committed to delivering exceptional customer service.\nThis is a remote role; however, candidates must be residents of Puerto Rico.
