The selected individual will be responsible for procurement efforts in support of multiple programs across the Raytheon LADS portfolio.\n\nWhat You Will Do:\nPerform procurement and supplier management activities in support of U.S. Government and Commercial contracts.\nPlace purchase orders of low to medium complexity and medium volume.\nUtilize source selection techniques, compile, and analyze data to perform price analysis, conduct negotiations (including terms and conditions), and identify supplier risks, with guidance as needed.\nEnsure that requirements (prime contract, quality, terms and conditions) are properly communicated to suppliers and manage supplier performance to cost, schedule, and quality requirements.\nWork cross functionally with engineering, quality, and program management along with other key functional groups to ensure program needs are met.\nMonitor procurement reports and help drive performance to meet company metric targets.\nCommunicate clearly and be proactive in a fast-paced environment.
