Join us and help shape the future of aerospace and defense.\nRaytheon’s Airborne RF Electronics EE Department is seeking a Section Leader to support the Antenna & TRIMM and Module Production Design Support team in McKinney, Texas. This section’s capabilities and skills include production support of antennas, TRIMMs, test sets, ranges, and test SW design.\nThe position will lead a team of about 15 direct reports within the Airborne RF Electronics Design Department. Engineers on this team perform a variety of roles and the Section Leader will mentor and validate the work products of the team, while engaging in staff training and career development, assignment of employee job duties, and conduct performance reviews. The Section Leader will employ excellent written and oral communication skills, while directly supporting the Airborne RF Electronics Design Department Manager in the execution of engineering goals. The Section Leader is also responsible for assisting in the assembly of department proposals with supporting Basis of Estimates (BOEs) and work product deliveries. The Section Leader will participate in program and peer reviews. The successful candidate will have a solid foundation and experience in Production and Sustainment of Radar Hardware and Test Assets.
