This program focuses on improving the quality, accuracy, and completeness of application data; enhancing lifecycle visibility; and supporting enterprise-wide modernization efforts.\nWhat You Will Do\nLearn and assist in collecting, validating, and cleansing application inventory data used for transformation planning, reporting, and governance.\nCollaborate with team members to update and maintain the source of truth for application inventory within ServiceNow to support company-wide OneRTX objectives.\nGain exposure to enterprise IT governance frameworks and digital transformation initiatives.\nDocument processes, findings, and data quality issues to support long-term governance practices.\nParticipate in Agile ceremonies and working sessions related to App Pulse data enhancements and workflow improvements.\nAssist with creating simple data visualizations or summaries that help communicate trends or insights, including supporting the team in building basic Power BI visuals.\nWhat You Will Learn\nThe basics of data quality and the importance of accurate information.\nHow applications are managed throughout their lifecycle in a large organization.\nTeamwork and collaboration using Agile methodologies.\nHands-on experience creating simple visuals in Power BI, such as charts and dashboards.\nHow dashboards and reports are used to support decision-making.\nQualifications You Must Have\nCurrently pursuing a college degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Business Information Systems, or a related technical discipline through the duration of the internship.\nExperience with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).\nQualifications We Prefer\nExperience using analysis tools such as Excel functions, Power BI, Tableau, or similar software.\nFamiliarity with ServiceNow or other comparable platform technologies.\nBasic understanding of Agile methodologies and related concepts.\nExperience in cloud technologies, including platforms such as Azure or AWS.\nHands-on experience with basic data manipulation techniques, including the use of Excel formulas or programming languages like Python.\nAbility to document processes clearly and effectively summarize findings.\nWhat We Offer\nOur values drive our actions, behaviors, and performance with a vision for a safer, more connected world.
