Join us and help shape the future of aerospace and defense.\nResponsibilities:\nComponent Assembly: Assemble mechanical components and sub-assemblies to form complete gearboxes according to engineering drawings and specifications.\n\nInspection and Testing: Conduct inspections and tests to ensure that components meet quality standards and specifications. Identify and address any defects or issues.\n\nUse of Tools and Equipment: Utilize hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments to assemble and test gearboxes.\n\nDocumentation: Maintain accurate records of assembly processes, test results, and any adjustments or repairs made.\n\nTroubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve assembly issues, ensuring that the final product is fully functional and meets all performance requirements.\n\nTeam Collaboration: Work closely with engineers, quality control, and other team members to ensure efficient and accurate assembly processes.\n\nSafety Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols to maintain a safe working environment.\n\nRequirements:\nNITEC /Higher NITEC in Precision Engineering or equivalent.\n\nAt least 2 years’ working experience in a Precision Engineering environment.\n\nBasic command of written and spoken English.\n\nAble to work weekly rotating shifts\n\nRTX adheres to the principles of equal employment.
