Together, we push the boundaries of known science and find new ways to connect and protect our world.\nPratt & Whitney is a world leader in the design, manufacture and service of aircraft engines and auxiliary power systems and has been revolutionizing modern flight for over 100 years.\nJoin us and help shape the future of aerospace and defense.\nThe Pratt & WhitneyMilitary Engines finance organization has an exciting opportunity for an Associate Director, F117 Program CFO.\nThe position will be located onsite at our East Hartford, Connecticut campus location.\nWhat You Will Do:\nPratt & Whitney is seeking a highly motivated individual for its Military Engines Fighter & Mobility (F&M) Finance Team supporting the F117 program.\nThe position has P&L and Balance Sheet responsibility and significant exposure to Military Engines senior executives.\nThe ideal candidate is an energetic, intuitive, self-starter interested in supporting and improving the accounting, reporting, and financial actual and forecasting processes.\nKey Responsibilities Include:\n- Partner with the F117 Program Senior Director and integrated program management team (IPMT) to develop and execute strategic initiatives, evaluate business decisions and drive achievement of financial commitments.\n- Lead all aspects of program financial management, including P&L and Balance Sheet performance, monthly actuals and forecasts, risks and opportunities (R&O), Long Range Plan (LRP) and quarterly strategic financial EACs.\n- Effectively communicate financial results, key business drivers and emerging risks to program leadership and Fighter and Military director.\n- Lead all financial aspects of government and commercial business cases, proposals and contract negotiations, evaluating financial assumptions, risks and opportunities to support sound business decisions and favorable financial outcomes.\n- Build strong partnerships across Programs, Operations, Partnership Office, FP&A, Accounting, Legal and other key stakeholders to align financial objectives, resolve business challenges, and improve financial and operational processes.\n- Improve F117 program finance processes by leveraging automation and digital tools to streamline reporting and increase efficiency.\n- Lead, mentor and develop a high performing finance team.\n- Foster accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement and professional growth while building future finance leadership capabilities.\nQualifications You Must Have:\n- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration with 12+ years of progressive experience in finance, financial planning and analysis, program finance or a related discipline; OR an advanced degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration with 10+ years of progressive experience in finance, financial planning and analysis, program finance or a related discipline.\n- Possess a working knowledge of SAP, business warehouse and OneStream financial reporting.\n- Demonstrates strong attention to detail, quality, and accuracy.\n- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.
