Join us and help shape the future of aerospace and defense.\nOverview.\n\nWe are seeking a motivated Design Engineer to support day-to-day engineering design activities within a structured and high-performing engineering organization.\nThis role provides an opportunity to apply strong engineering fundamentals while contributing to reliable, manufacturable, and lifecycle-driven design solutions that meet stringent aerospace standards.\nWhat You Will Do\nResponsibilities (Core & Day-to-Day)\nSupport all day-to-day mechanical design activities for assigned engineering programs in alignment with organizational standards and project schedules.\nCreate and maintain 3D models, detailed drawings, and engineering documentation using UG NX.\nApply Design for Manufacturability (DFM), Design for Assembly (DFA), tolerance analysis, and material selection best practices.\nCollaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders including Design, Manufacturing, Quality, and Site Program Engineers to resolve design issues.\nSupport concept development, design maturation, and release activities across the product lifecycle.\nEvaluate materials with respect to lifecycle performance, reliability, and manufacturability.\nApply analytical thinking and structured problem-solving to drive technically sound design decisions.\nExposure to UG NX Electrical Routing and block diagrams is considered an added advantage.\n\nWhat You Will Learn\nHands-on experience in aerospace-grade mechanical design within a regulated and quality-driven environment. \nExposure to cross-functional collaboration across global engineering and manufacturing teams.v\nPractical application of materials, manufacturing processes, and lifecycle considerations in real-world aerospace programs.\nOpportunities to grow technical expertise and design judgment through mentorship and structured engineering processes. \nQualifications You Must Have\nBachelor’s degree (full-time) in Mechanical Engineering or Aerospace Engineering. \n1 to 3 years of experience in mechanical design or related engineering roles.\nMinimum of 1 year of hands-on experience with UG NX (Mechanical and/or Electrical) - mandatory.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. \nEligibility to work in accordance with applicable export control and regulatory requirements.\nQualifications We Prefer\nExposure to UG NX Electrical Routing and block diagram creation.
