Your leadership will be instrumental in driving cost, schedule, and performance objectives while fostering strong relationships with stakeholders.\nThis role is onsite in McKinney, TX.\nWhat You Will Do\nLead the execution of the ATFLIR sustainment program, ensuring alignment with program objectives and customer expectations.\nManage cost, schedule, and performance metrics to meet program commitments.\nOversee program activities across engineering, operations, supply chain, and other functional areas.\nProvide leadership in identifying and mitigating risks while resolving complex program issues.\nServe as the primary interface with senior government customers, ensuring clear communication and alignment on program goals.\nManage a mixed supply base to ensure timely delivery of program requirements.\nEnsure compliance with applicable regulations and company policies.\nSome travel to support business needs.\nQualifications You Must Have\nTypically requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and a minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience.\nExperience in program management, systems engineering, or related military experience.\nExperience managing cost and schedule for programs.\nQualifications We Prefer\nExperience leading sustainment programs with a focus on delivering results.\nExperience interacting with senior government customers and fostering strong relationships.\nExperience managing a mixed supply base to meet program objectives.\nWhat We Offer\nOur values drive our actions, behaviors, and performance with a vision for a safer, more connected world. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
