This role ensures applications continue to meet evolving business needs and align with strategic organizational objectives.\nWhat You Will Do\nCollaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document complex business requirements.\nFacilitate discussions between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding.\nSupport internally developed software applications throughout their lifecycle, including requirements management and process improvement.\nConduct backlog refinement and prioritize requirements with product owners and development teams.\nUtilize requirements management, process modeling, and documentation tools to create actionable solutions.\nAnalyze business processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.\nEnsure deliverables align with Agile/Scrum methodologies and organizational goals.\nWork independently while collaborating effectively in a team environment.\nStrong record maintenance and attention to detail in support of ongoing application re-certifications process.\nQualifications You Must Have\nTypically requires minimum of 5 years of experience or minimum of 3 years of experience with Advanced degree.
