Discover opportunities to make a difference at RTX.\nJoin our team at Raytheon as a CCA/PCB Product Development Engineer I, where you'll play a key role in ensuring the design and manufacturability of printed circuit boards (PCBs) and circuit card assemblies (CCAs). This onsite position requires collaboration across disciplines to deliver high-quality products and solutions. Your contributions will directly impact the success of multiple programs and support our mission to deliver innovative engineering solutions.\nWhat You Will Do: \nCommunicate technical knowledge regarding the design and manufacturability of PCBs and CCAs.\nSupport product development engineering by applying tools to predict manufacturability performance prior to program design commitment.\nGenerate PCB/CCA standard notes and create PreCAD data packages.\nRequest mentor parts library elements (symbols and cells) and support alternative design solutions to meet manufacturability and affordability goals.\nPerform technology selection, trade-off analysis, and producibility assessments.\nCollaborate with design stakeholders and fabrication/assembly suppliers.\nAct as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for product transitions between suppliers and provide process support as needed.\nWork within integrated product development teams to execute tasks and deliver high-quality work products.\nManage multiple programs concurrently and travel as required.\nQualifications You Must Have\nRequires a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) major obtained by start date.\nExperience leading cross-functional teams or projects, with the ability to multi-task and establish schedules based on priorities.\nExperience with Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.\nSelf-starter who actively engages with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) across engineering disciplines.\nQualifications We Prefer:\nAccreditation Board for Engineering and Technology (ABET) accreditation is preferred. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
