Make a difference with a career at Pratt & Whitney.\nWhat You Will Do\nManage the operations of the Engine Component Repair Cell and lead a team of up to 30 Technicians.\nAchieve the operational targets in eTAT, OTD, HPP, productivity, utilization and cost efficiency.\nImplement Smart Factory initiatives and continuous improvement projects to enhance productivity and reduce cycle time.\nOversee manpower planning, resource allocation, and overtime management to optimize performance.\nManage and report the production outputs and sales targets.\nDrive employee engagement through effective communication, coaching, and performance feedback.\nSupport staffing, training, and development to build team capability and succession readiness.\nCollaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Quality, Finance, HR, and Materials teams to meet business objectives.\nMonitor and report production outputs, sales targets, and operational KPIs.\nLead productivity and CORE (Customer Oriented Results & Excellence) projects to reduce cost, improve quality and cycle time.\nSupport and participate in the EH&S programs and activities within the company.\nParticipate in audits and inspections as and when required.\nQualifications You Must Have\nBachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent disciplines.\n\nMin 3 years' experience in production, operations or manufacturing in supervisory role.\nProven ability to manage and motivate teams to achieve business goals.\n\nDemonstrated problem solving and leadership skills.\n\nAbility to communicate at all levels of the organization.\n\nExperience using SAP or equivalent enterprise systems.\nProcess and detail oriented, including strong interpersonal and prioritization skills.\nLean manufacturing or repair experience with a continuous improvement mindset.\n\nProficiency in programming languages such as Python and SQL, with the ability to apply coding skills to data analysis, automation, and process improvement.\n\nQualifications We Prefer\nRelevant experience in Aerospace, Manufacturing or MRO.\nWhat We Offer\nCareer and skills development opportunities.\nEmployee scholarship program for further education.\nComprehensive health, medical and dental benefits.\nOn-the-job training and in-house/external certifications.\nCompetitive renumeration package.\nAllowance and overtime benefits where appliable.\nCompany transport provided.\nRTX adheres to the principles of equal employment.
