Join us and help shape the future of aerospace and defense.\n\nWhat You Will Do\nAs a Contracts Manager supporting our Global Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) Sensors Contracts Team, you will play a critical role in managing the full lifecycle of contracts. From pre-proposal activities to contract closeout, you will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance and successful execution of contractual obligations.\nIn this role, you will:\nManage cradle-to-grave contract administration, including pre-proposal activities, proposal preparation, contract negotiation, active administration, and closeout.\nReview and interpret U.S. Government and commercial customer requests for proposals, identifying requirements, assessing risks, and addressing intellectual property issues.\nNegotiate and manage a variety of contracts, including Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) based contracts, Other Transaction Agreements (OTAs), Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), and international agreements.\nRedline, draft, and review complex terms and conditions, statements of work, milestones, cost/price structures, and fee/profit arrangements.\nProvide guidance on compliance with FAR, DFARS, and other U.S. Government regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.\nCollaborate with internal teams, including Program Management, Legal, Finance, and Supply Chain, to ensure alignment and successful contract execution.\nIdentify and mitigate risks in business transactions and contracts, offering alternative strategies when necessary.\nSupport global trade compliance, including International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and Export Administration Regulations (EAR).\nProvide mentoring and oversight to junior contract staff and contribute to team development.\nTravel on a limited basis as required.\nQualifications You Must Have\nTypically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.\nExperience engaging directly with customers.\nExperience with U.S. Government procurement and/or Other Transaction Agreements (OTAs).\nExperience in applying and interpreting FAR, DFARS, and other applicable U.S. Government regulations in support of proposal and contract administration activities.\nExperience in interpreting, preparing, and negotiating proposals and contracts, including terms and conditions, statements of work, milestones, cost/price structures, and fee/profit arrangements.\nU.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.\nQualifications We Prefer\nExperience negotiating complex commercial terms and conditions, including software licensing, international sales, and data-related agreements.\nExperience with OTAs, NDAs, and Advanced Commercial Agreements (ACAs).\nExperience addressing global trade issues, including familiarity with ITAR and EAR compliance.\nExperience ensuring business compliance with company policies.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.\nStrong time management and organizational skills.\nAbility to shape results to support organizational objectives.\nInterpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, customers, and leadership.\nExperience providing strategic analysis and recommendations on contract matters.\nWhat We Offer\nOur values drive our actions, behaviors, and performance with a vision for a safer, more connected world. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
