Join us and help shape the future of aerospace and defense.\nWhat You Will Do\nPartner with global collections team to ensure accurate, timely documentation of customer payment status\nDocument customer feedback from returned statement of accounts and customer portals in various ERP systems, including SAP\nTrack customer feedback to enable follow-up with non-responsive customers\nEnsure contact information for customers is up-to-date to enable automated delivery of customer statements\nProvide invoice copies and other documentation to customers as requested\nUpdate status of invoices to reflect resolved issues and broken payment promises\nBuild and maintain positive relationships with assigned customers by addressing any inquiries or concerns related to payments\nQualifications You Must Have\nPreferably with 1year experience, fresh graduate can apply with basic knowledge in Accounts Receivable.\nDemonstrates ability to accurately input data with precision and efficiency and to notice and correct errors in entered data\nManages time effectively to meet deadlines\nDisplays strong oral and written communication skills\nHas experience with manufacturing ERP systems such as SAP, JDE World/E1.\nRTX adheres to the principles of equal employment.
