Join us and help shape the future of aerospace and defense.\nThe Data Analyst as a part of the Supply Chain Data Insights and Analytics (DIA) team, supports the delivery of data and analytics solutions including dashboards, reports, and metrics to Raytheon programs and functional organizations. The successful candidate will assist in developing and maintaining data products, performing data analysis, using AI tools and supporting operational reporting that contributes to program and functional efficiency.\nWhat You Will Do:\nSupport Supply Chain data requirements by assisting with the development of accurate, compliant data products and collaborating with team members to meet project objectives.\nPerform data extraction, basic analysis, and data quality checks to identify trends, issues, and improvement opportunities.\nAssist in developing and maintaining data pipelines, validation routines, and documentation.\nContribute to projects aligned with Supply Chain and DIA goals, ensuring consistency and reliability of data and reporting outputs.\nWork with team members and stakeholders to gather requirements and support system or data enhancements.\nTranslate data into clear, concise insights under guidance from senior team members.\nSupport maintenance of data accuracy by partnering with Digital Technology, programs, and functional teams as needed.\nParticipate in Agile Release Train (ART) activities and team ceremonies within the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).\nQualifications You Must Have:\nTypically requires a university degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field.\nExperience with Structured Query Language (SQL) and working with databases, including query writing, data mining, and data models\nExperience using dashboard applications such as Power BI or Tableau\nExperience evaluating and reviewing data for issues\nExperience designing, developing, validating, and deploying data products and dashboards for stakeholders\nU.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.\nQualifications We Prefer:\nExperience using Alteryx or other data preparation / ETL tools\nExperience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and reporting tools (e.g., PRISM, SAP, Business Warehouse)\nExperience producing data visualizations for varied audiences and with AI-enabled tools or automation\nExposure to earned value principles\nExperience supporting program activities\nExperience working within the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)\nExperience preparing written or verbal communications for stakeholders or review teams and working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nWhat We Offer:\nOur values drive our actions, behaviors, and performance with a vision for a safer, more connected world. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
