Join us and help shape the future of aerospace and defense.\nThe following position is to join our RTX Enterprise Services team:\nRTX is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Documentum Technical Specialist to help design, plan, and implement an enterprise Documentum solution. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Documentum architecture and configuration and will play a key role in the delivery of a scalable and efficient enterprise content management (ECM) solution. This position requires strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive successful outcomes.\nWhat You Will Do\nLead the solution design and architecture of the enterprise Documentum solution, ensuring alignment with business requirements and industry best practices. \nConduct requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to define document management needs and recommend optimal solutions. \nDevelop technical roadmaps and implementation plans for the Documentum environment. \nConfigure and deploy Documentum components, including Content Server, D2, xCP, Webtop, and other tools in the ecosystem. \nIntegrate Documentum with other enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, etc.) using appropriate APIs and middleware. \nEnsure scalability, performance optimization, and secure access controls within the ECM solution. \nDesign and develop custom workflows, templates, and applications using Documentum tools and technologies. \nImplement custom Documentum solutions using Java, DQL, DFS/REST APIs, or other applicable frameworks. \nCollaborate with developers to create and maintain custom Documentum modules and components. \nProvide technical expertise for troubleshooting, performance tuning, and issue resolution within the Documentum environment. \nDevelop and maintain system documentation, including process flows, and technical specifications. \nMonitor system health and perform upgrades, patches, and configuration updates as needed. \nQualifications You Must have\nBachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field with 10+ years of hands-on experience with Documentum products, including Content Server, D2, xCP, Webtop, or related components. \nStrong understanding of enterprise content management principles and best practices. \nFamiliarity with database management systems (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server) and application servers (e.g., WebLogic, JBoss). \nExperience with system integration, including knowledge of APIs, middleware, and enterprise systems with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail with excellent communication and teamwork abilities. \nKnowledge of records management, compliance, and regulatory requirements in ECM solutions. \nWhat We Offer\nWhether you’re just starting out on your career journey or are an experienced professional, we offer a robust total rewards package with compensation; healthcare, wellness, retirement and work/life benefits; career development and recognition programs.
