Together, we push the boundaries of known science and find new ways to connect and protect our world.\nPratt & Whitney is a world leader in the design, manufacture and service of aircraft engines and auxiliary power systems and has been revolutionizing modern flight for over 100 years.\nJoin us and help shape the future of aerospace and defense.\nThe Pratt & Whitney Digital Technology product management organization has an exciting remote opportunity for aSenior Manager, Product Management.\nWhat You Will Do:\nThe selected candidate will serve as a senior product manager leading a portfolio of forecasting and analytics platforms supporting Commercial Engines Finance and Military Programs.\nThese products provide critical capabilities for financial forecasting, maintenance and logistics planning, operational decision support, and advanced modeling across the enterprise.\nYou will play a hands-on role in defining product vision, prioritizing features, and managing product roadmaps across multiple software delivery teams.\nThe role works closely with engineering, architecture, modeling, design, cloud, and operations partners to deliver scalable and sustainable solutions.\nThe successful candidate will be highly collaborative, technically fluent, and passionate about delivering measurable business outcomes.\nYou will independently lead several products simultaneously, guide product owners and analysts, and coordinate both internal and vendor resources to drive value.\n\nJob Responsibilities:\n- Lead multiple forecasting and analytics products spanning finance, maintenance/logistics, operations, and military programs.\n- Establish product strategies, roadmaps, priorities, and measures of success aligned with PW Digital’s portfolio direction.\n- Collaborate with engineering, data, cloud, security, architecture, and DevOps teams to ensure feasible, secure, and sustainable delivery.\n- Balance user needs, business impact, technical complexity, operational health, and lifecycle sustainability.\n- Define and communicate product KPIs, milestones, dependencies, and investment tradeoffs to stakeholders across finance, aftermarket, contracts, military programs, engineering, and operations.\n- Manage full product lifecycle accountability, including discovery, development, launch, support, maintenance, modernization, and eventual retirement.\n- Apply user-centered design, iterative discovery, prototype testing, and user interviews to inform product direction.\n- Partner with Agile delivery teams on sprint definition, backlog prioritization, MVP delivery, releases, and continuous improvement.\n- Evaluate and incubate emerging high-value digital opportunities prioritized across Pratt & Whitney.\nQualifications You Must Have:\n- Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of applicable work experience;OR an advanced degree and 7+ years of applicable work experience.\n- Familiarity with Agile software delivery practices and expectations.\n- Demonstrated experience with data-driven decision making, including market intelligence, competitive assessment, and usage metrics.\n- Proven ability to make timely prioritization decisions to meet critical business needs and schedules.\n- Demonstrated experience in full product lifecycle management from concept through adoption.\n- Ability to translate user and business needs into technical requirements and actionable user stories.\n- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills across multidisciplinary teams.\n- Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of autonomy and accountability.\n- Collaborative, detail-oriented, reliable, and focused on delivering high-quality outcomes.\n- U.S. Person required due to Government contractual requirements.\nQualifications We Prefer:\n- Experience with design thinking, aerospace, forecasting, or analytics-driven products.\n- Experience managing SDLC processes.\n- Experience working with cloud technologies, preferably Azure.\n- Experience using AI-assisted tools to support product management activities, including rapid prototyping, ideation, user-story generation, data exploration, workflow modeling, and concept validation.\nLearn More & Apply Now:\nWhat is my role type?\nIn addition to transforming the future of flight, we are also transforming how and where we work.
