Join us and help shape the future of aerospace and defense.\nData Entry and Management:\nEnter and update EH&S data into the EHS SMART system accurately and timely.\nEnsure all EH&S records are up-to-date and properly maintained.\nInspection Coordination and Execution:\nAssist in planning and scheduling EH&S inspections.\nSupport routine inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.\nDocument inspection findings and follow up on corrective actions.\nFollow-Up Actions:\nTrack the closure of follow-up actions from inspections and audits.\nCommunicate with relevant departments to ensure timely completion of corrective measures.\nProvide updates on follow-up actions to the EH&S Engineer and EH&S Manager.\nConcern Reporting and Management\nManage the concern reporting system, ensuring all reports are logged and addressed promptly.\nInvestigate reported concerns and recommend best management practices to address them.\nPromote a culture of safety by encouraging employees to report EH&S concerns.\nBest Management Practices:\nResearch and implement industry best practices for EH&S.\nAssist in developing and updating EH&S policies and procedures.\nSupport the development and delivery of EH&S training programs.\nRequirement\nCurrently pursuing a degree in Environmental Health & Safety, Occupational Health, Environmental Science, or a related field.\nGood organizational and time-management skills.\nExcellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.\nGood communication and interpersonal skills.\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).\nPlease ensure the role type defined below is appropriate for your needs before applying to this role.
