Discover opportunities to make a difference at RTX.\nWhat You Will Do:\nYou will support products at all phases of the product lifecycle (design & development, transition to production, factory support, service support).\n\nYou will support circuit board designs involving complex microprocessor and FPGA architectures including schematic capture, part selection, simulation, and troubleshooting activities.\n\nYou will obsolescence resolution activities.\n\nYou will implement/support designs that are optimized for a balance of cost, manufacturability and testability.\n\nYou will implement/support designs that are in strict compliance with DO-160 and DO-254 standards.\n\nWhat You Will Learn:\nYou will learn from experienced engineers and have access to Collins Aerospace Communities of Practice and network of Fellows/Subject Matter Experts.\n\nYou will gain experience in all aspects of the hardware development lifecycle.\n\nYou will gain experience with complex hardware designs and avionics systems.\n\nQualifications You Must Have:\nMust be pursuing Bachelor's or Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or related Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) major and actively enrolled through the completion of the internship/co-op session.\n\nExperience in a lab environment performing hands on troubleshooting with engineering test equipment.\n\nExperience with schematic capture of digital/analog mixed-signal circuit designs.\n\nExperience with computer hardware architecture, components, and design characteristics.\n\n*Experience may be obtained through on-the-job experience, research, coursework, or projects.\nWhat We Offer\nOur values drive our actions, behaviors, and performance with a vision for a safer, more connected world. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
