This role supports missile integration and test for the Standard Missile program, troubleshooting electromechanical hardware at system, subsystem, and circuit-card levels. The ideal candidate can interpret test requirements, analyze telemetry data, identify root causes, and coordinate corrective actions while working closely with integration, engineering, operations, quality, supply chain, and suppliers in a fast-paced production environment.\nThis position is an onsite role, located in Huntsville, AL.\nWhat You Will Do:\nTechnical troubleshooting of hardware and process issues of production hardware and test equipment from system down to CCA and component levels\nReviewing and modifying designs and system/sub-system requirements as required to solve production issues\nResolution of issues on production lines and in testing (including suppliers)\nFailure analysis / root cause determination and corrective action implementation\nPerforming analog and digital circuit analysis, and characterizing and modeling electrical signals of electronic subsystems in simulation\nPreparing technical justifications and presenting to peers, leadership, and customers\nOn-Site production line support\nSupplier engagement / support\nSome travel to suppliers may be required\nQualifications You Must Have:\nA Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineer or in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM)\nElectronics coursework, laboratory, or projects including electronics design\nQualifications We Prefer:\nKnowledge of electronics containing a combination of: antennas, RF CCAs, digital CCAs, power CCAs, and configurable logic\nExperience with electrical software, such as: Mentor Graphics, DxDesigner, PSPICE, Advanced Design System (ADS)\nExperience with common test equipment, such as: Oscilloscopes, DMMs, Logic Analyzers, Network Analyzers, etc.\nWillingness to work in a fast paced environment\nEffective written and spoken communication\nWhat We Offer:\nOur values drive our actions, behaviors, and performance with a vision for a safer, more connected world.
