We have an immediate opportunity for an Electroplating Process Engineer to join our 3D Integration and Imaging Sensors group. We provide the opportunity for non-stop learning - the rewards of succeeding at this level make RVS a compelling place to grow your career.\nWhat You Will Do:\nSupport fabrication operations by providing technical support in fabrication processes; working with a team of technicians and engineers in a wafer fabrication clean room setting.\nMaintaining current processes, optimizing existing processes, and training in safe and efficient operations of the Electroplating process cells.\nTaking ownership and responsibility for supporting the manufacturing activities of plating processes and equipment.\nSustaining processes to meet product specifications & manufacturing process flows, maintaining operating instructions for process and equipment.\nMaintaining statistical process controls, process optimization; trouble shoot and resolve process issues to support the manufacturing process and improve work cell process yields.\nQualifications You Must Have:\nTypically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience.\nExperience in Electroplating, Material Science, Wafer Fabrication and/or Semiconductor.\nQualifications We Prefer:\nExperience in a 200mm manufacturing environment.\nExperience with sustaining existing electroplating processes to meet product specifications & manufacturing process flows, maintaining operating instructions for process and equipment. \nAbility to solve technical problems, project ownership, meeting deadlines, and multitasking.\nThorough sense of ownership, drive, and dedication to continuous improvement.\nAbility to work collaboratively with cross functional teams to improve processes.\nExcellent verbal/written communication skills, including technical writing for summarizing data and findings, writing process and equipment specifications and work instructions.\nDetail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.\nWhat We Offer\nOur values drive our actions, behaviors, and performance with a vision for a safer, more connected world.
