Join us and help shape the future of aerospace and defense.\nWhat You Will Do\nCreate detailed 3D models and engineering drawings.\nConduct design reviews and ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards.\nWork closely with cross-functional teams to ensure design feasibility and manufacturability.\nSupport customer technical reviews and provide engineering expertise when required.\nIdentify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in design and development.\nEnsure timely delivery of assigned tasks while meeting project milestones and deliverables with high quality.\nQualifications You Must Have\nBachelor's degree in Engineering - Mechanical, Electrical, Aeronautical\nKnowledge in reading and interpreting drawings\nExcellent Computer Skills, especially in Excel and MS Office Applications\nGood team collaboration skills\nStrong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.\nKnowledge in using design software\nEffective oral and written communication skills in English.\nRTX adheres to the principles of equal employment.
