This role would suit an individual looking to grow their potential and skill set, supporting the flawless program execution of the ACTS Programme.\nKey Responsibilities:\nProduction of Weekly and Monthly Reporting requirements for all elements of the ACTS Programme\n\nSupporting the achievement of all metrics (bookings, sales, profit, cash).\n\nSupport in the establishment of the AOP (Annual Operating Plan) and five-year plan targets.\n\nSupport the Program Execution Team with Quarterly Estimate at Completion (EAC) reporting.\n\nSupporting new business proposals as and when required for Gate Reviews including pricing, basis-of-estimate generation, foreign exchange management and risks and opportunities management.\n\nAct as the “financial conscience” of the business and ensure Business and Financial Policy adherence.\n\nProviding financial insight to support the business risk & opportunities process (development, analysis, mitigation & review).\n\nBuilding a network with all Stakeholders.\n\nAbility to balance multiple priorities with tight deadlines\n\nStrong communication across varying functions and levels with the ability to communicate complex financial information to non-finance staff\n\nChampion best practice and look to improve systems and processes.\n\nAd-hoc financial analysis and decision support.\n\nSkills and Experience\nEssential:\nAAT Qualified/ Part Qualified CIMA(Preferred)/ACCA\n\n2+ Relevant years’ experience in finance roles\n\nProject Accounting experience\n\nBusiness Partnering skills, working across different internal functions\n\nRelevant commercial experience in a similar defence or complex contracting environment\n\nDesirable:\nExperience of working with SAP, Power BI, MS Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)\n\nProactive, analytical and inquisitive\n\nAttention to detail and process adherence\n\nHighly organised and self-motivated\n\nExcellent communication and presentation skills\n\n#LI-MF1\nRTX adheres to the principles of equal employment.
