Join us and help shape the future of aerospace and defense.\nWhat You Will Do *\nCredit and Rebill Processing\nInvoice and credit note processing.\nUnderstand how billing corrections affect customer balances, collections, and AR aging.\nMaintain turnaround time for Credit and Rebill transactions.\nPrevent aging of pending requests.\nMaintain accuracy and compliance with approval and documentation requirements.\nAvoid billing errors and potential customer disputes.\nSupport timely and accurate month-end financial reporting.\nStrengthen process controls and audit readiness.\nProvide sustainable coverage and business continuity for the Credit and Rebill process.\nCoordinate closely with Finance, Operations, Customer Service, and other stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and ensure transactions are completed within the required timelines.\nWhat You Will Learn\nThe role develops a strong foundation in Finance Operations, AR, accounting controls, ERP transaction processing, problem-solving, and stakeholder management, making it a good development opportunity for someone pursuing a broader Finance or FP&A career.\nGain knowledge of how credits, rebills, adjustments, and corrections impact revenue and financial statements.\nQualifications You Must Have\nBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.\nUnderstanding of basic accounting principles, billing processes, and AR transactions.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.\nExperience working with ERP systems such as JDE is preferred.\nProficient in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, filtering, lookups, and basic reporting.\nAbility to review supporting documents and validate transactions against established policies, procedures, and approval requirements.\nStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines.\nGood written and verbal communication skills.\nAbility to collaborate effectively with Finance, Operations, Customer Service, and other cross-functional teams.\nQualifications We Prefer\n Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.\nExperience using ERP systems such as SAP, JDE, or Oracle.\nStrong attention to detail and ability to manage large volumes of data accurately.\nWillingness to learn and continuously improve costing processes, controls, and automation opportunities.\nRTX adheres to the principles of equal employment.
