This role will support a program that resides in Tucson, AZ time zone.\nWhat You Will Do\nYou will have broad responsibility for development cost-plus contractual Earned Value Management (EVM) program controls.\nLead, coordinate, and mentor peers on the development and analysis of all program financial data, including contractual EVM requirements, development and presentation of quarterly Estimates at Complete (EACs), and support of financial forecasting for the program.\nServe as a critical business partner to internal and external stakeholders by providing financial analysis, insight, and guidance to decision making.\nSupport development and integration of financial planning aspects (LRP, AOP, working capital, monthly financial performance reporting).\nProvide financial analysis for growth opportunities as well as be a key contributor for the proposal / Gate 4 process.\nQualifications You Must Have\nTypically requires, A bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance or Business related field or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years’ experience.\nDepartment of Defense experience.\nExperience managing multiple DoD contracts with external deliverables (IPMDAR/IPMAR, CSDR, CFSR).\nExperience and understanding of the Program Business role, including Earned Value Management (EVM), Estimates at Complete (EACs), and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).\nExperience interfacing and conducting business with various functional disciplines.\nExperienced in organizing, preparing, and presenting briefings to customers, management and peers.\nThe ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.\nU.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.\nQualifications We Prefer\nDemonstrated experience in a matrix environment.\nExperience with financial systems and tools, including APEX, BW, Rplan, PMX, Excel, etc.\nExperience with financial forecasting, AOP, LRP, and R&O management\nExcellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills, including demonstrated ability to prioritize concurrent requirements and numerous stakeholders\nExcellent communication and professional skills when interfacing with all levels.\nExperience drive change and influence beyond authority level\nActive Secret DoD clearance\nWhat we offer\nOur values drive our actions, behaviors, and performance with a vision for a safer, more connected world.
