Join us and help shape the future of aerospace and defense.\nWhat You Will Do:\nEnsure ongoing alignment with key stakeholders (the Customer Focal Teams - CFT) across Commercial Engines.\nDrive consistency and discipline in the use of the Fleet Management Tool (FMT).\nOwn the FMT business process and accuracy Control Tower metric.\nLead the FMT Governance Council to provide process guidance to the CFTs.\nSupport the Fleet Operation Managers with providing standard FMT Power BI Reports.\nWork with the Digital Tool team to enhance the FMT based on user feedback.\nCreate and maintain Standard Work the FMT Playbook, all FMT processes and reports.\nAnalyze field reported data in conjunction with FMT to support communicating fleet health status in IPMT\nLead and/or support process improvement activities related to the fleet health data reporting and management\nSupport financial analysis activities by analyzing field data via and FMT\nSupport aircraft on ground (AOG) mitigation optimization initiative\nQualifications You Must Have:\nA Bachelor's Degree and 10 years of experience as listed; OR an Advanced Degree and 7 years of experience as listed\nExperience in program management, airline customer support or fleet management\nIntermediate user of MS Office with focus on Excel for the purpose of data analysis and reporting. \nQualifications We Prefer:\nExpert knowledge of market with the ability to identify best practices and how to best utilize within the department.\nKnowledge of P&W Commercial Engines.\nExperience using MS Dynamics and PowerBI applications\nInfluential leadership experience to drive business results\nLearn More & Apply No w\nPlease ensure the role type defined below is appropriate for your needs before applying to this role. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
