This position plays a pivotal role in delivering strategic financial insights, strengthening cost management discipline, and driving improvements in enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives.\nThis role requires advanced knowledge of financial systems, strong business acumen, and the ability to optimize and automate financial processes. The ideal candidate will work independently, lead reporting automation efforts using Business Intelligence tools and work in a fast-paced environment.\nWhat You Will Do:\nCreate and maintain financial models, variance analyses, and performance dashboards to inform business decisions and resource allocations using data aggregation and dashboarding tools, including Power Query and Power BI.\nIdentify and drive process improvements and reporting enhancements through automated financial workflows, increasing forecast accuracy, transparency, and operational efficiency while navigating change management considerations.\nServe as a lead analyst across the ES Digital portfolio, managing overhead cost center expenses across multiple service lines including FTEs, software, hardware, and contractor labor.\nLead monthly, quarterly, and annual forecast and planning activities through creation of a uniform set of processes, ensuring compliance with government accounting regulations (CAS/FAR) and alignment with AOP and Long-Range Plan (LRP) targets.\nDevelop and maintain financial models, variance analyses, and performance dashboards to inform business decisions and resource allocations.\nPartner directly with ES functional leadership to understand financial drivers, evaluate trade-offs, and present insights that guide strategic execution.\nAnalyze cost allocations and lead transformation initiatives that optimize cost structures across digital programs.\nPrepare and present executive-level financial briefings summarizing key performance drivers, risks, and recommendations; translate complex financial data into clear leadership narratives.\nContribute to the development of goals, operational plans, and budgets across the discipline, with visible impact on broader organizational outcomes.\nServe as the lead technical resource across the Digital Finance team.\nInfluence policies, practices, and procedures within and outside the finance function at an operational level and support internal and external audits; ensure adherence to internal controls and disclosure requirements.\nEnsure compliance with government accounting regulations (CAS/FAR) and disclosure statement obligations across all financial activities.\nCommunicate and coordinate with parties within and outside the organization - including customers, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders - on financial governance matters.\nAbility to travel up to 3 times a year\nQualifications You Must Have:\nTypically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 12 years of relevant experience\nDemonstrated subject-matter expertise in FP&A with a track record of operating independently and delivering results with minimal oversight.\nAdvanced experience with Excel, data & scenario modeling, and financial systems experience (SAP, AO, PRISM, APEX, Power BI, Power Query, Dataflows).\nExperience with project or task financial management leveraging large datasets and data manipulation techniques including analyzing budgets, monitoring actual cost data, developing forecasts, and providing variance analysis\nQualifications We Prefer:\nExperience in leading financial transformation initiatives and reporting modernization efforts.\nDemonstrated drive for leading process change and partnering with cross-functional teams to improve forecast accuracy and reporting quality.\nInquisitive with strong analytical and mathematical skills; organized with emphasis on tracking multiple concurrent workstreams and revisions.\nAbility to meet critical deadlines and drive process improvements in a complex, matrixed environment.\nExceptional written and verbal communication skills; demonstrated experience presenting financial insights to executive and cross-functional stakeholders.\nExperience with government compliance requirements (CAS/FAR) and disclosure statement governance.\nExperience supporting Digital Technology, Applications, or Infrastructure portfolios in a large, regulated enterprise environment.\nFamiliarity with cost center management, cross-charging, and labor planning in a matrixed organization.\nComfortable making decisions with imperfect information in a fast-paced, geographically dispersed team environment.\nExperience with intercompany cost allocation, shared services cost models, or government-compliant disclosure structures.\nLearn More & Apply Now\nPlease ensure the role type defined below is appropriate for your needs before applying to this role.
