Electrical Engineering drives business success by providing a variety of critical engineering tasks across Raytheon product lines and functions.\nWhat You Will Do:\nDevelop FPGA designs for all major vendors and device families including: Xilinx (AMD), Altera (Intel), and Microchip\nImplement designs using VHDL for the following applications: gigabit serial interfaces, Radio Frequency (RF) interfaces, DSP algorithms, control logic, data links, and/or embedded processing.\nWork with circuit card designers and systems engineers to develop requirements, collaboratively model algorithms, partition and perform code development, simulation, and implementation\nVerify designs against requirements using both directed test and constrained random test methodologies\nProvide design support from requirements definition through integration and test, including design documentation and configuration management\n\nQualifications You Must Have: \nMust be pursuing Bachelor’s or Advanced degree in Electrical or related Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and actively enrolled through the completion of the internship/co-op session\nExperience with VHDL or Verilog programming\nExperience with FPGAs, microprocessors, or other programmable logic devices\nQualifications We Prefer:\nExperience with Xilinx (AMD), Altera (Intel), or Microchip FPGAs\nExperience with Xilinx (AMD), Altera (Intel), or Microchip design tools and development environments\nHands on experience with integration and test of digital systems, including the use of test equipment (oscilloscope, spectrum analyzer, etc.)\nPlease upload a copy of your most recent transcripts with your resume including your projected graduation date when applying to this requisition. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
