This position leads strategic planning efforts across the security organization, integrating financial planning, workforce development, and policy initiatives. The role requires collaboration across security disciplines to identify operational gaps, streamline processes, and ensure the successful execution of strategic priorities.\nWhat You Will Do\nLead annual operating plan, budget development, forecasting, and long-range financial and resource planning.\nIdentify organizational inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and process gaps; develop and implement solutions to improve speed, quality, and execution.\nDrive the development, simplification, and continuous improvement of security policies, processes, and operating procedures.\nEstablish and mature security education and training strategies, programs, and workforce capabilities.\nCoordinate priorities across security disciplines to reduce duplication, improve collaboration, and enable enterprise-wide solutions.\nDevelop metrics, reporting, governance, and management mechanisms to measure progress, identify risks, and drive accountability.\nQualifications You Must Have\nTypically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10 years experience\nExperience leading cross-functional teams to achieve organizational objectives.\nExperience with Microsoft Products\nQualifications We Prefer\nCORE Professional or CORE Expert Certification\nExperience managing workforce development initiatives, including education, training, and talent development programs.\nFamiliarity with financial management, including budget development, forecasting, and long-range planning.\nFamiliarity with metrics development and reporting mechanisms to drive accountability and measure progress.\nExperience in policy development and process improvement within security organizations.\nWhat We Offer\nOur values drive our actions, behaviors, and performance with a vision for a safer, more connected world. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
