We offer flexible work and career growth backed by global expertise and a supportive culture.\nKey Responsibilities\nSupport the Global Trade Operations team to implement the operational plan and ensure alignment with, and timely achievement of, functional goals and objectives.\nIdentify and implement opportunities to enhance and improve program service delivery performance and productivity.\nWork within defined policy to support process improvement, system improvement, and enhanced use of technology.\nSupport the growth and development of team members, to improve shared knowledge and effectiveness as Global Trade professionals.\nAbility to work collaboratively within a geographically dispersed team.\nDeliver initiatives in accordance with agreed schedules, budgets, and resourcing.\nActively contribute to the Global Trade Operations team’s objectives, policies, and practices to align with stakeholder and business requirements.\nMaintain records to ensure accurate performance metrics and reporting data on the achievement of those metrics.\nFacilitate lessons learned across multiple programs.\nBuild and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders, external auditors, regulators, customers, suppliers, and business partners where required.\nEnsure a safe and healthy work environment is maintained for all team members.\nSkills, Experience & Qualifications\nTertiary qualification in business, commerce, law or related discipline are desirable but not mandatory.\nDemonstrated experience in managing export controls across complex programs dispersed team.\nDemonstrated knowledge of global trade laws and regulations (i.e. U.S. Foreign Military Sales (FMS), International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), U.S. Export Administration Regulations (EAR), and the Australian Defence Trade Controls Act), including agency guidance and practice, export licensing requirements, and industry “best practices” for compliance.\nWell-developed interpersonal, communication and writing skills.\nAble to contribute to the execution of plans to support the achievement of compliance objectives.\nExcellent time management skills and the ability to appropriately prioritise multiple tasks and deadlines and follow through on all assigned tasks to ensure timely completion.\nSuccessful candidates must be eligible to obtain and maintain a NV1 Security clearance as needed.
