Industrial Engineers apply a wide range of methods including labor performance analysis, value stream mapping, line balancing, capacity and manpower planning, factory layout and simulation, strategic planning, project management, and continuous improvement. As a Section Manager, you will lead and develop a team of industrial engineers supporting multiple customers and production lines.\nThis role will be based out of McKinney, TX. and requires strong leadership, project management, and problem-solving skills, along with experience in industrial engineering and process improvement within a manufacturing environment.
