The LVCTS project will deliver advanced simulation and training solutions to the Canadian Army (CA) at five sites across Canada: Edmonton, Alberta; Shilo, Manitoba; Petawawa, Ontario; Valcartier, Quebec; and Gagetown, New Brunswick.\nAs the Infrastructure Integrated Product Team (IPT) Lead, you will oversee a cross-functional team to manage subcontractor performance to ensure the successful design, construction, furnishing, and commissioning of these sites, while meeting the highest standards of quality, cost control, and schedule adherence. This position will be located at our offices in either Calgary, Alberta or Ottawa, Ontario.\nResponsibilities\nLead a cross-functional team comprised of customer representatives, supplier representatives and internal Raytheon functional team members.\nDevelop and execute the Infrastructure IPT’s objectives in alignment with the contract scope and technical specifications, ensuring effective management of cost, schedule, and performance for all deliverables within the IPT charter, while escalating issues outside the charter's scope for advice and approval as needed.\nOversee subcontractor management for the design, construction, furnishing and commissioning of five LVCTS sites at Canadian Forces Base (CFB) locations, ensuring adherence to project schedules, costs and quality requirements of the prime contract.\nFoster collaboration and communication across IPTs and the overarching Plenary IPT to ensure successful program execution.\nEnsure on-time delivery of all customer and subcontractor deliverables in accordance with the contract, subcontract and supplier data requirement lists, respectively.\nHold and facilitate regular design reviews, subcontractor performance reviews, customer meetings and implement a progress tracking method that identifies risks and opportunities to LVCTS Program Management.\nExperience in Earned Value Management (EVM) methodology and program cost and schedule controls is required\nMust utilize EVM tools and techniques to estimate and communicate specific work scope remaining on responsible contract requirements\nAssign tasks and coordinate technical and non-technical disciplines in the completion of IPT work.\nTrack IPT progress against the plan, control costs, and ensure quality and safety standards are met.\nPrepare IPT status reports, cost estimates, and documentation; communicate with stakeholders, management, and team members.\nIdentify technical issues, troubleshoot problems, and implement effective solutions.\nEnsure adherence to all corporate policies, relevant safety codes, industry regulations, and all applicable legal aspects. Ensure team members comply with Raytheon Environmental, Health and Safety program and are equipped with the information, instruction, training and supervision required to perform their work safely.\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Commerce, Supply Chain Management or Business Law (or equivalent in training and experience).\nMinimum 8 years of experience in project management, contracts or subcontracts, with experience managing high-value infrastructure and construction subcontracts.\nStrong expertise in project management, particularly in cost control, scheduling, technical performance and reporting.\nProgram Management Professional (PMP) certification or near completion of certification. \nSuccessful candidate must complete RTX EVM certification immediately after hire.\nExceptional leadership, decision-making and communication skills to balance varying priorities and drive program success.\nStrong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Teams, Excel, Project and SharePoint.\nExperience in managing projects within the defence or aerospace sector is an asset.\nFamiliarity with Department of National Defence/Public Services and Procurement Canada and knowledge of Canadian government procurement processes and regulations are an asset.\nBilingual in English and French is an asset.\nWillingness to travel as required to support business needs, supplier engagement and/or program activities.\nThe successful candidate will be required to complete a criminal background check and obtain/maintain a Government of Canada security clearance and any applicable clearances with respect to the handling and transfer of controlled goods.\nThis position is eligible for consideration of a hybrid work arrangement with set onsite days.\nRaytheon Canada adheres to the principles of equal employment and welcome applications from all qualified persons. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
