As an Integrated Communications Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing integrated communications campaigns that align with strategic business priorities. You will manage cross-functional collaboration, ensure consistent messaging, and drive impactful communication strategies. Key responsibilities include:\nWhat You Will Do:\nManage marketing and customer communications elements of integrated campaigns aligned to strategic new business pursuits and leadership priorities.\nSupport the prioritization, planning, and execution of communication campaigns to ensure alignment with business goals and brand objectives.\nLead day-to-day project management of communications campaigns, including tracking milestones, actions, budgets, and business impacts.\nBuild and maintain relationships with communications center of excellence (COE) partners and cross-functional business teams to ensure alignment across internal and external communication efforts.\nCreate timely, relevant, and dynamic written communications and presentations.\nSupport the planning and execution of tradeshows strategically aligned with business and pursuit priorities.\nContribute to internal and executive communications, including executive messaging, town hall facilitation, and employee engagement efforts.\nQualifications You Must Have:\nTypically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 8 years of experience or a minimum of 5 years of experience with an advanced degree.\nPrior experience executing integrated communications strategies in a corporate environment.\nExperience working across a matrixed organization to manage communication initiatives.\nAbility to analyze communication and marketing data to make informed decisions that drive business impact.\nSecurity Clearance Requirement: None.\nQualifications We Prefer:\nExperience in communication roles within aerospace, defense, or highly technical industries.\nFamiliarity with program management tools and methodologies.\nExperience working in a deadline-driven environment.\nAbility to adapt to changing priorities while maintaining project goals.\n.
