Join us and help shape the future of aerospace and defense.\nAs an Inventory Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting inventory accuracy and accountability across our lab and operational environments. You will partner closely with lab managers, program teams, and other internal and external customers to ensure assets are properly tracked, reconciled, and compliant with internal processes and FAR requirements. This role requires strong analytical skills, and the ability to work independently to research and resolve discrepancies involving assets that cannot be located.\nThis position is ideal for someone early in their career who is developing professionally and pursuing a degree while gaining hands-on experience in inventory, asset management, or supply chain.\nWhat You Will Do\nPerform inventory reconciliations, including researching and resolving discrepancies and identifying root causes.\nWork independently to investigate missing or unaccounted-for assets using system tools, historical data, stakeholder outreach, and physical verification methods.\nPartner with lab managers, program teams, and external customers to obtain information, locate assets, and ensure accurate documentation.\nSupport the maintenance and accuracy of asset records throughout the inventory lifecycle.\nMonitor and track asset movement to ensure compliance with internal processes and customer requirements.\nCommunicate effectively with stakeholders across functions, providing status updates, explaining findings, and escalating issues as appropriate.\nContribute to continuous improvement efforts by identifying process gaps and recommending enhancements to asset tracking and reconciliation practices.\nApply judgment and prior experience to solve moderately complex problems with limited supervision.\nQualifications You Must Have\nTypically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field.\nExperience in inventory, asset management, operations, supply chain, or related field.\nExperience with Office 365.\n Qualifications We Prefer\nExperience with inventory systems or tools (e.g., SPS, Vizik, EMMS, IndySoft, cPDM) and supporting operations within Special Access Program environments.\nPrior experience in a lab, manufacturing, or property management environment.\nExperience with audit processes or compliance requirements.\nExperience reconciling data discrepancies across multiple systems.\nActive and transferable Secret U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date with the ability to obtain Top Secret or higher clearance level or program access after start date.\nWhat We Offer\nOur values drive our actions, behaviors, and performance with a vision for a safer, more connected world.
