Join us and help shape the future of aerospace and defense.\nIn Service Engineering: Lead Engineer\nPrimary Responsibilities:- Accountable for the deliverables meeting the expected quality and on time delivery- Maintain and develop a positive relationship with customers & other functional groups- Collaborate with the customer and different departments to ensure completion of the assigned task- Responsible for compliance to Global trade requirements\n- Adherence to quality management process and procedures\nRequired Skills and Experience:- Sound knowledge of mechanical engineering fundamentals, especially in design, materials, manufacturing process and special processes\n- Hands-on experience in providing repair dispositions for landing gear parts or mechanical components. Any prior experience on repair dispositions would be a plus- Knowledge of Landing gear components/functionality is desirable- Experience in disposition to complex overhaul issues and proposing an engineering solution to curtail future occurrences.\n- Excellent drawing reading skills\n- Should have experience in tolerance stack-up analysis and GD&T\n- Sound knowledge in reading and understanding the stress analysis reports- Prior demonstration of cross-functional team collaboration\n- Prior experience on MRB work would be a plus\n- Hands on experience in Catia V5 3D modeling software\n- Hands on experience in using PDM/PLM software\n- Prior experience on automation, digital technology- Should have strong communication skills, as the position will involve interaction with MROs, business units, and cross-functional teams viz, design, stress, materials, etc.\n- Able to work in aggressive workload requirement. Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering / Aerospace Engineering with 3-6 years of experience.
