Join us and help shape the future of aerospace and defense.\nAs a Supply Chain Project Manager, you will play a critical role in driving strategic projects within the Supply Chain Organization and Digital Technology teams. You will help achieve business outcomes by simplifying processes, accelerating output, improving internal customer satisfaction, and driving reliable delivery performance and profitability. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success and deliver targeted business outcomes.\nWhat You Will Do:\nLead and participate in regular sprint planning, change management, portfolio reviews, and intake meetings.\nDevelop detailed business cases by gathering key scope inputs, requirements, and targeted business outcomes.\nCollaborate with business sponsors, portfolio leads, and technical leads to ensure alignment and successful project execution.\nOversee change management and communication activities to drive project adoption across stakeholders.\nManage vendor and stakeholder relationships to ensure project requirements and deliverables are met.\nUtilize ERP systems, tools, and command media to manage project lifecycles and supply chain operations effectively.\nApply data-driven decision-making to optimize project outcomes and streamline processes.\nInterface with business and functional leaders to provide training and support for change management initiatives.\nQualifications You Must Have:\nTypically requires a university degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field and minimum 5 years’ experience\nExperience with core supply chain functions, including procurement, logistics, and inventory management.\nExperience with ERP systems and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.\nExperience with standard project management lifecycles, including planning, execution, and monitoring.\nExperience in cross-functional leadership and vendor/stakeholder management.\nQualifications We Prefer:\nCertification in Project Management Professional (PMP).\nExperience with change management processes and methodologies.\nFamiliarity with CORE methodologies and operations.\nExperience using advanced supply chain tools such as Tableau and Power BI.\nWhat We Offer:\nOur values drive our actions, behaviors, and performance with a vision for a safer, more connected world. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
